Well, it looks like Watson settled 20 of the 24 civil suits.

Sounds like the others are going to court. I hope at least one or two go to court. Let's see on the record what the facts are

“As stated, Ashley Solis is one of the heroes of this story. Her case has not settled and thus her story and that of the other three brave women will continue,” Buzbee said. “I look forward to trying those cases in due course, consistent with other docket obligations and the court’s schedule.”

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Jaylon Ferguson has died at the age of 26, the team announced on Wednesday. Ferguson was a third-round pick of the Ravens in 2019 who earned his way into the NFL by becoming a star player for Louisiana Tech. In three seasons with the Ravens, Ferguson totaled 67 tackles and 4.5 sacks.

What exactly does this mean? Odd phrasing. "Baltimore Police told the Baltimore Sun officers responded to reports of a questionable death"

I don't know but I'd say most mid 20s deaths are questionable

Ex-NFL star dishes on Colin Kaepernick's Raiders workout, saying he heard it was 'a disaster'

I heard one of the worst workouts ever. I’m wondering how the hell this happened and the tape didn’t get out, right? I mean, somebody wasn’t over the fence or nothing? Come on, man," Sapp said Tuesday.

How could it not be terrible? The guy's been out of the NFL forever.

Agreed. But there was a spin job that said otherwise:

Kaepernick worked out with the Raiders last month, and it appeared an NFL comeback was imminent. The Raiders were reportedly impressed with Kaepernick’s arm strength and conditioning, and the team considered the workout a "positive" sign.

I support what Kaepernick's point of view. However he has been out of the league for several years. He may be strong both in arm and body and his conditioning may be top notch but those three things alone do not make an NFL QB. His last couple of years in the NFL weren't exactly great. However, he's just going to be a backup QB. He can't be as bad as some of the backups out there. The Raiders seem like an organization that doesn't care what his political views are and he will probably get more of a fair chance there than probably any other organization. But if he doesn't make the team - on merit - his backers will continue to complain about how unfairly he's been treated. even of he makes the team, any time Carr has a bad game, they will be wanting him to start.

For some reason I could see Mayfield having a bounce back year.

That would be the most Brownie thing ever.

    -Watson suspended for the year.
-Mayfield bounces back to be top 1/3 qb.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is looking to offer the Bears a dome on top of Solider Field to keep them from moving to the suburbs.

    Best comment I’ve seen:

Putting a dome on Soldier Field is like putting the wrong Tupperware lid on a container.

Heinz (Kraft) has declined to extend the naming rights for the Steelers stadium. It has a new name: Acrisure Stadium. The Yinzers are losing their minds about this.
