I had Murray over Kentucky in my bracket, so this could work out. Granted, it won't make up for Iowa.
Murray spent too much time playing OVC teams this year. Their defense is awful. Hopefully they adjust in the second half.
Cal usually has his guys primed for March. That was a shocker for me. Tho St. Peters didn't really look or play like a 15 seed.
Cal's resume is already an all-time great, but he could use another championship or two to cement himself amongst the greats. I thought this Kentucky team could do it this year. Wild.

Murray State/USF was the game of the night. Racers weren't even pretending to guard USF's Bouyea but still managed to win. Time for the Racers to go get their first Sweet 16 on Saturday.

Iowa was fools gold this year for the bracket. You see this almost every year. Someone makes a good run in their conference tournament, wins it and goes into the NCCAA's and falls flat on their face. For some teams its hard to get back that emotion that quick to do as well in the NCAA's.

Just like Iowa State in 2015, win the B12 tournament by beating top 10 Kansas team then lose the first game of the NCAAs against a 14 seed UAB.
