That's the game. Reds go down fightin' again. I'm afraid that's going to be the story of this season. Just not quite enough to compete and win. Thanks Bob.

Pi$$ed away a really good pitching and defensive performance. you have to be able to manufacture runs somehow. Moose has to go. Aquino only for defensive replacement, at best. He is totally helpless at the plate.

That one isn’t gonna have the distance. Hey - avoided the shutout. Pitching looks good. Hunter Greene tomorrow!

“I wish Shogo was batting,” is something that no one has ever said…

Would you rather have aquino prone to K or shogo with a slap shot single?

Aquino is so bad he has people pining for the days of No-Go Akiyama.

Guys, I really expected to get swept the way the talking went. I saw a team against the defending world champions fight and win the first and rally in the ninth the second and just got out-pitched tonight, and our pitching was okay. There's was unbelievable. I still have hope for a winning season if the pitching comes around. One thing is for sure, you're not going to win games as long as you start rookies. It is just not going to happen with our rookies. Trading Gray and not having Castillo hurts and with no replacements, it is what it is.

I could tolerate watching 90 losses by this team if it weren't for having to watch Molasses and Aquino all season. Both- just horrible hitters.

I agree with David Bell here.
Sometimes you just get beat, all you can do is give credit where credit is due, tip your cap to'em and move on to the next game
"Kyle Wright did a great job with his sinker, locating his pitches, changing speeds," Reds manager David Bell said.

"I felt like we had a good approach, it obviously didn't produce results, but you really do have to give a lot of credit to Wright for what he was able to do against us tonight."

"Our pitching did a nice job to give us a shot," Bell said. "We came back at the end to give us another chance to win the game and we weren't able to get it done."

"They were able to hit it where the defense wasn’t (in the first inning)," Gutierrez said via interpreter Jorge Merlos. "In the second inning, I was able to make my own adjustments and then from there on, I felt pretty good after that."

"This is a good lineup, and you can’t make a ton of mistakes," Reds catcher Aramis Garcia said. (They) did a really good job of executing a game plan."

I know there are some Aquino truthers out there who will go down with the ship but I welcome any new members to the Aquino Gotta Go Club.

That miraculous stretch of Aug 2019 is so far in the past I think it’s about time we can erase that when it comes to our evaluation of him. 2020 to the present has not been good.

It’s crazy why anyone thinks he’s good and has a place on this team. He doesn’t even do the easy things well. He’s a defensive replacement late in games at best.

If David Bell watches defense he would never start Moustakas at 3b again.
