For Votto at this stage it's about finding his HR swing. His advanced offensive numbers are very similar to his 2019 with more ground balls and less line drives leading to a lower BAbip. If he doesn't find the HR swing of 2021 again he's probably a sub .800 OPS bat that's still better than Moose.

In MLB history, there have been 74 seasons by 38+ year olds hitting 20+ HR. It would definitely be respectable.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.
