Why not sit Aquino. Put Pham in the outfield and make Moose DH and let Lopez play 3rd or 2b with Drury covering one of those positions Lopez isn't?

Remember when we thought the lineup would be better not having Suarez, Barnhart, P at the bottom?

Another lefty we face? Whats the over under on Reds runs tonight?

I’ll take the under even if it’s 0.5

Sit Moose too and let Garcia catch or DH with Stephenson in the other spot.

Moose couldn't hit lefty pitching even when he was going good. If the idea is to get him going, playing against a LHP isn't the way.

All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

I really don’t understand this lineup. Did Bell’s wife cheat on him with Lopez? I get it’s a lefty, but Aquino is getting over exposed. Starting Pham in left, Lopez at 2b, Drury at 3b and Garcia at C/DH isn’t a tough call at this point.

It's Bell's philosophy: if something doesn't work, then keep trying it again and again no matter what.

Aquino stinks but I think despite some excitement over his hot run Lopez has pretty much maxed out his skill set at this level, he's just a bench bat and possibly not even a good one.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Oh lord this is a bad team. And it’s only April.

The magnitude of the suck is starting to hit me.

I totally understand the pessimism, but it's hilarious to me that 2 hours before the game even begins and the game thread is like this

Reds have not made a final decision on whether Jonathan India will be on the IL. He’ll be evaluated after pregame drills.

David Bell said India won’t start any games before Friday if he remains off the IL, could be available off bench. If he’s put on IL, he can return Tuesday.

Nick Senzel is back with the Reds after a bout with the stomach flu. He’s expected to be activated from the IL tomorrow.

Nick Senzel is feeling better. He'll go through workouts today and could be activated tomorrow. Jonathan India will be re-evaluated closer to game time
