I'm pretty much going on a one man crusade against this company. If you need a new AC Unit DO NOT GET THEIRS. Their POS died 6 months after installation at my house and now we are going on one month without air. We cannot get a person to return calls, we cannot get them to honor a warranty and industry standard replacing. I have contacted a lawyer and the attorney general of West Virginia about this.

I have heard if you complain via social media it can bring results.

I am sure you probably know this, but i believe they are a subsidiary of Daikin industries. Sometimes it works to contact the parent company with warranty issues.
