Elected free agency today after being sent to AAA by LAD.
He’s a lefty, 33, and probably has 1-2 good years left in the tank.
We have no lefties, a pretty shoddy bullpen overall, and little to lose if he goes out and barfs up a bunch of runs.
Ideally, he’d perform pretty well and possibly fetch a prospect at the deadline, or we could keep him if any success he achieves appears sustainable.

For some crazy reason I’ve always had it in my head that Greene was a lefty. No idea why.

Gives up too many dingers and walks too many guys for GAB, that's tempting fate. I prefer they give innings to younger arms on the RH side
