Do you really think Bell doesn’t make out the lineup card? I can see the front office strongly recommending/or maybe even demanding who they want to see play but I can’t imagine they are telling him where to position them in the lineup?

No I think he puts down the lineup he is told to put down. Most managers don't make out lineups anymore.
