Okay, I just have to vent for a second… I live in freaking Peoria, Illinois. Why are the Reds-Red Sox games blacked out for me on both MLB TV and DirecTV???

    Okay… venting completed.

Tonight I will be doing a stumper about every inning or so and posting the answer the following inning along with another question. All of the questions will pertain to players or happenings in the great 1975 World Series between our Reds and the Red Sox.

    ***Leadoff Stumper***

In the '75 World Series this player become one of only two players in history to have two pinch hit homers in a World Series. He later admitted to be being high on alcohol and drugs when hitting the biggest WS homerun of his career. Can you name him???

A lot and I mean a lot of Reds fans here tonight. Way more than I would have expected

I remember one time going out to the mound to talk with Bob Gibson. He told me to get back behind the batter, that the only thing I knew about pitching was that it was hard to hit.

If they ever get more OFers healthy. How much more rope does Senzel get? He isn't hitting and frankly he has never hit in the majors.

Some of those blackout restrictions make no sense. Very maddening.

I would imagine opossing fans pack Fenway regularly. Chance to see there favorite team in a historic ball park. Certainly doesn't hurt the Red Sox attendance.

Hunter Greene is probably a good draw.

I really like this Hunter Greene dude. Down to earth, a gentleman, gets down to business.

And how about these Reds compared to a month ago? Didn't they say today that the Reds are the second or third hottest team in baseball, or in the NL for the month of May?
