Salvage a split today. Castillo on the mound. I like the chances.

A win and split would be nice, this series really should have been won…
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

He hit .289/.326/.412 in his first few years with the Cubs and I think he's around that vicinity as a hitter, with perhaps a boost in SLG thanks to GABP. Combined with the good CF defense, that's a nice little player if he keeps it up.

Is this team realistically expected to win any series?

He’s not the hitter he’s shown himself to be, but at GABP he’ll always be better than career norms. And he’s an excellent CF.

I definitely want him to stick around.
