    6/9 Minor League Scores

Dayton - Game 1 - It's all tied up at three in the bottom half of the 6th in Game One. Evan Kravetz went 4 innings, giving up a run on two hits, while striking out 5. In keeping with Reds organizational standards, he left with a 3-1 lead, but the bullpen has coughed up two runs in the sixth to know the game up at 3 apiece. Rece Hinds singled, was balked to second and came around to score on a stolen base (7) and a throwing error. Solo shots by Allen Cerda (9) and Justice Thompson (2) followed in the fourth. Cerda has also doubled to lead off the bottom of the 6th Cerda has come around to score on a ground ball, giving the Dragons a 4-3 advantage.

Louisville - It is scoreless after one inning in the River City. Deck McGuire in on the mound. India, Solano, Schrock and Barrero are all in the lineup.

Daytona - Daytona and Fort Myers have hit the ground running tonight. Fort Myers scored once in the top of the first. Daytona has responded with two of their own (and counting). Chase Petty walked one, struck out two, yet still managed to somehow give up a run without the benefit of a hit. Jay Allen II has doubled, as has Steven Leyton. Reuben Ibarra singled home the second run of the inning.

Chattanooga - is warming up as we speak. Connor Curlis has been given the starting nod.

    Re: 6/9 Minor League Scores

Dayton - Game 1 - The more things change, etc. Dayton leads 3-1 after 5 innings (7-inning game), and ends up losing 6-5. The culprit? James Marinan. 3 runs allowed in 1.2 innings.

Louisville - jumped ahead 2-0 early, but Charlotte scored 2 in the top of the 8th to complete their comeback. Bats now trail 4-2. Deck McGuire was decent - 2 runs (1 earned) over 5.2 innings. He fanned 6. Reiver Sanmartin fanned 4 in 1.1 innings. Buck Farmer and Ryan Hendrix coughed up the lead. All four rehabbers singled, India also walked twice.

Chattanooga - Connor Curlis has gone six strong so far. 1 run, 4 Ks. Lookouts lead 2-1 as they stretch in the 7th. That will be all for Curlis, as Pedro Garcia is on. Mike Siani and Eric Yang have each singled and doubled, accounting for all 4 Chattanooga hits.

Daytona - and Fort Myers are still standing toe to toe, with the Turtles getting the better of things. They lead 9-5 in the 6th. Chase Petty's line: 3.2 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 5 K. Arij Fransen pitched alright but the defense let him down. All three runs off of him were unearned. Lots of hits for Daytona: Jay Allen II singled and doubled. Steven Leyton doubled twice. Jamal O'Guinn lofted one up into the slipstream (1). Reuben Ibarra singled and doubled twice. Tyler Callihan singled and doubled. Wilfredo Astudillo doubled twice.

Dayton - Game 2 - Thomas Farr is on the mound, and has posted a couple of goose eggs. Matheu Nelson has homered (4). 1-0 Dragons after 2.

What do we know about Pedro Garcia? Looks to me like he should get a promo to Louisville. .99WHIP, only 1 HR in 22+ innings. 30K's
