With Minor pitching for the Reds, they may set the record for most hard hit balls tonight

To me, Exit Velocity is a very overrated stat. A team can hit several balls over 105 mph and get zero runs but hit several under 60 mph and score.

Minor had mentioned he wasn't using his curve enough. Why, I have no idea. Good to see him starting to use it.

Eventually one of these teams will want a run.

Minor gives up a hit and a walk but gets away unscathed. Here's hoping that gets him settled.

Hard to believe Okey was picked well ahead of Reynolds, Alonso, and Bichette.

That was the Senzel draft, so Buckley hit the jackpot that year.

I'm rooting for the guy. It's cool for him that he at least gets a chance. I'm not a huge fan of him but is he that much worse than Garcia?

I don't personally pay attention to exit velocity either. It doesn't really interest me as a fan. But generally, it's better to hit the ball hard somewhere.
