Dodgers are a good team. They nicked away at a 0-3 deficit against a good pitcher.

I'm sure they're nothing alike, but Castillo's propensity to get into jams reminds me of Eric Milton. Or was Eric's problem just giving up dingers?

Agreed. Perhaps a few shifts at Goldstar would fix what ails him.

I seem to recall a time in the now distant past when Castillo would get out of the jams he got himself into.

They’re grinders. Game is so grind now, long AB’s and pitches down and away. It’s supposed to be good but it’s soulless.

Castillo’s focus comes and goes. When he’s on he is great but he has his unfocused moments. Milton was a soft tosser which the Reds seemed to specialize in during that era.

That’s it. Laying claim to the Almora Fan Club too. I was Team Almora before Team Almora was cool.

Almora is just so much better than Senzel right now.

I don’t see how Bell will sit Almora and play Senzel when Naquin comes back but I expect he will
