    @CharlieG__

    Mike Moustakas returns to the lineup after dealing with a minor injury, per David Bell.

    Michael Papierski will make his first start. Max Schrock gets the start in right.

    They usually hit Hendricks well. If Ashcraft has a good game. I think they win the series.

    Boy, do I remember that Dunner WOGS !!! Jose Valentin looked like a dwarf compared to the Big Donkey when he was lumbering towards home.

    I miss George Grande . He seemed like a great guy. I know some wasn't crazy about his work but I liked him. George and Chris had outstanding chemistry.

    16 years ago today. Hard to believe. I think that was one of Marty's best calls. And he had a boatload of them. Especially early in his career.

    Here are about seven minutes of some my favorites. I will never forget the very first call on this collection. I was out on my grandparents' front porch listening on my old panasonic radio. It was the first game of a DH against the Pirates. Reds went to the bottom of the ninth down by four. Marty and Joe went bonkers when Doggie went dead center. I love Joe hollering in the background.
