It’s my birthday and my son in I will be in 2nd row of section 105 AFTER the blistering sun leaves that area around the 4th inning….will likely find seating in the 1B shade until then…and once Cards are up 9-1 in the 7th we’ll move down on top of the dugout. I’ll wave to you guys in the 6th inning on the Arenado HR

    Reds win 11-10

Hard to even watch. At least with the rookies pitching you can hope for progression. None of the three rookie starters are ready but they are already better than Minor.
I know he has dealt with injuries but of the 3 rookies I'm the most disappointed in Lodolo. The Reds kept telling us how polished and ready he was. Very small sample but he hasn't looked polished or ready to me.
I pretty much knew Greene wouldn't be ready. But he has had a few games where he has totally dominated. Shows glimpses of a very bright future.

Barring injury, Greene will throw two no-no's before his career is over. Lodolo will be good, I believe. He's just not quite as ready as we were lead to believe. Minor is what he is--- a 10 dollar arm cashing a 10 million dollar check.

So, what I gather from that is , instead of winning 9-5 we really should have won 9- 3.6 .

Let's just call it Addition by subtraction.

0% chance Pujols advances if Senzel gets back to that ball and gets set….he drifted all the way to the ball
