    And yet, Reds have spent 14.2M, O's are at 8.6M. Yes there are injuries....But the Reds BP is well over 5, O's sit at 3.

    Not sure where you are getting those payroll numbers, but the only Reds relievers making over a million this season are Wilson, Cesssa, and Sims and they have combined for 41 innings. Bullpen stinks and they’ve had a billion injuries. Not going to get much better until they get better pitchers and spend some real money.

    Offense wasn't much either tonight with the only runs being on a ball lost in the LF sun and a 373' foot HR with 94 mph exit velocity that didn't clear the wall by enough to even get to the first row!

    The point is Baltimore has a good bullpen with less money spent, so it must be in player selection and coaching.

    Votto isn't to blame for tonight's debacle, but the Reds need to thank Joey for his service and tell him he's going to DH and spot start duties. It's time to bring on someone else. Even if they shore up the offense next season, hell just be a glaring hole.
