    I was gonna say there was a non-zero chance it’s PED related. I know it’s appalling to suggest for some but the ascent and decline do kinda give off some vibes.

    Yelich is hitting .328 with a .453 OBP his last 15 games...back issues seem to have subsided and he appears to have altered his mechanics a bit from what I have read. I think he will be fine for a few more seasons...at 30 yrs old now the decline is eventual.
    If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.

    This isn’t a “last 15 games” situation - this is his overall drop from 2018. He fell fast.

    The Brewers were accused of illegal sign stealing during Yelich’s big years. He cooled off the year the league started cracking down illegal sign stealing.

    Got that right! I hope he wants to stay. Dude's a baseball player.

    Depends on how you look at it...for me his 2018, 2019 season seemed more outlier than the norm for him which may lend more credence to the PED rumor crowd. He's come back to his norms.

    From Nightengale jr.

    David Bell on Hunter Strickland: "We'll look for different ways to help get him through it, but ultimately, it's going to be him. He's done it for a long time, so he's going to find ways to get through this."

    @LanceMcAlister

    At some point Reds will concede what Strickland offers off field is not enough to offset the kick in the balls he offers this team on field.

    I pretty sure Lance was referring to the veteran presence the old school folks always believed was needed the clubhouse in order to win
