Reds wore blue as secondary color as far back as the early 1900s. I don’t think it’s copying the cards. There’s blue in the 1919 uniform and no one would mistake that for the Cards. If the Reds did a navy hat with a red C and bill I think it would be easier to confuse with the Guardians or the Chicago Bears more than the Cards. No team wears a full dark blue jersey. That would be pretty distinct IMO.

At the end of the day there’s no right or wrong answer. It’s just like our opinion man.

But I do agree with you in that we all have differing opinions. I have always been strongly opposed to blue in the uniform, though. I've never liked it in the uniforms from the past (for the record, I don't like the black trim color, either), and always preferred the unis that were just red and white (late 50's, and late 60's through late 90's -- though I like some of them more than others).

I do think the Astros city connect may be all blue now too. But those are rarely worn.

Some day, the current uniforms will be a throwback. Like 2075.

RZ will be a series of holographic rooms, each one discussing a topic. The most active one will be about Pete Rose.

Blue pants?! God, no. They would look like a slo-pitch softball team from the 70's.

The Reds have 2 Farmers so I expect them to have an advantage in this game.
