I see Veuch is getting another start. That’s fair. Let him have a few. I don’t think there’s a lot to be optimistic about, but maybe bullpen or whatever.

Looks like the Cubs accidentally brought in one of our guys.

The Reds had a nine-inning game in 1944 (Roy Tucker attended) at Crosley Field that lasted 1:15. This game is approaching that here in the third.

I watched Dunn pitch several times when he was at Boston College and I really liked him. Saw him start once for the Mariners and his stuff looked live. But he’s missing something right now. Have to think he’s still not fully recovered. If that’s the case, probably best to shut him down and hope he can grab the #4/#5 spot next season.

When he’s healthy, he has stuff.

Some good footage on him in 2016.

His delivery is a lot looser. Looks like he’s getting it up there 2-4 mph faster than the 90-92 he hits now.

You mean that last AB when he took a pitch 3 inches low and was victimized by a horrible call?

Dunn’s just got nothing out there
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

He had nothing on that breaking pitch. He’s not right.
