Nick Lodolo matched his season high by completing the seventh inning. He's permitted three runs on five hits and one walk while striking out five.
Yes, the pace was good. Problem was Reds offense lost pace after the first two hitters of the game each got a hit and the HR in the 2nd, only 2 hits in the 7 innings following. The 2 errant sliders a the ump's bases loaded walk call on a pitch in the zone took care of the Reds 2 run lead.Originally Posted by cumberlandreds

The definition of a bully is one who feasts on someone "weaker" then themselves but crunches up against someone stronger.
Sweeping the last place Nats but getting dominated by the Mets and Phillies just wouldn't feel right in a way. Hope to see some good effort next 3 games against the Cardinals
I think that might be their Sunday "alternate" cap. Their regular home cap is the all-red cap they stole from the Senators.
