I don't think it's as simple as having "more talent". I think culture and expectations and consequences for not meeting those expectations isn't what it needs to be here. Do you think it is? Have fun, but you're there to do your job successfully and win games. That's what most fans pay to see. Not guys all smiles yucking it up with the opponent while we get our pants beat off. If you're really looking for what I want, that's it. Let's hear what you're looking for in the team.
