From which I have been reminded of this week. My grandson Jasper is in town and we are in season 4 of The Octonauts. I can now sing all the words of the theme song.
She used to wake me up with coffee ever morning

I probably shouldn't discount what George Strait and Garth Brooks were doing to the country genre either. Though it didn't last, as the country music we hear today is primarily just pop music.

If you have Disney+ try the show Bluey. It’s honestly fantastic, my wife and I even enjoy watching it with the kids.

If we're going hip hop, then Dre/Snoop have to be on the table. I was always partial to the Geto Boys' "Mind Playing Tricks on Me" too.

Yet then I remember we're on a planet with the Wu and, well, take your pick.

For me rap in the 90's,means Public Enemy.
From Fear of a Black Planet there is "911 is a Joke" and "Burn Holly wood Burn".. Above all is "Welcome to the Terrordome"
