I was out doing errands, listening on the radio. Just got home.

Well, another strong Lodolo performance goes for naught. As long as the Reds adhere to the pitch count limit they will never compete for championships with the quality of bullpen they have.

They are not going to let rookie pitchers go into the 110-120 range in a non contending year. At least they are letting them go into 100. Next year. No lockout. No looming pandemic as of yet. I’m sure they might start letting the Top 3 starters on each team go a little longer.
