Reds help Jays reach the postseason!

With their habitual series loss at the Rogers Centre earlier in the season, the Reds have contributed to the Jays’ joyous return to the postseason. The postseason will be all the more fun because of it. I’m not convinced that the Reds starting pitching will get them very far, though. I had hoped they’d go all out to win with this crop of young players by signing Castillo, but they lacked the farm depth to entice the Reds and are not interested in committing to long term contracts for SP.

Still, you don’t always know where and when good pitching will show up and Manoah was never expected to be an ace, while Stripling and Gausman have exceeded expectations.

So when do we period the reds to add a B to the wishbone C in the logo and change the name to the Burger Chef’s. The batboys must all be named Jeff as well
