Re: 10-4-22 Reds vs Cubs 6:40

I won't be able to be on the game thread tomorrow for the last game of the season as I have to take wife to a doctors appointment down in Virginia. So I wanted to take this time to thank Ron for posting the lineups for nearly every game this season. I find it just amazing, in a really bad season, for him to do this every day without fail. When he was just a little late with them sometimes I would actually get worried about him. Its easy to give up in a season like this but he has stuck with it. For being such a great fan I am giving him the unofficial Redszone Fan of the Year award. I would hope that anyone who has participated in these threads this year would take a moment and appreciate his dedication. Thank you Ron and lets hope for a better 2023.

Great post. Thanks Ron. I agree with everything he's written.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

RZ has made ,what has otherwise been a very disappointing season, an enjoyable one. I have spent more hours following the Reds on here than any other medium. Ron, thanks for all the lineup information and dedication to the site and team. Thanks to all of those who have contributed to some very interesting discussions. I learn a lot from the posters on this site. Keefe Cato, I hope to see you back next season. I miss hearing your thoughts. I'm very thankful for this great online Reds' forum. Now, let's get two more wins and avoid triple digit losses. A loss to the Cubbies is NEVER a good thing.

I agree. It's a great board. Makes following the team that much more fun.

I want to apologize for not being active a lot of late. I did away with my internet provider and so I am wireless(less) at the present. So I have to connect outside of home right now. I still read the game threads in full even when I'm not able to post in real time. I've really enjoyed participating in the game threads.

There's no reason why you should have to apologize
