    Cincinnati Reds Hall of Famer Joe Nuxhall's home is up for sale

    The Nuxhall's family home is listed by Star One Realtors for $340,000. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one partial and an in-ground swimming pool.

    $151.38 per SQ FT, half acre lot, $1300 property taxes.

    In the DC area that would be a great price and wouldn't last a minute on the market. I don't know that market but it seems like a pretty decent price. If I were in the market for a home in that area I would sure look at it.

    If I lived in Cincinnati I'd really consider it. Great lot, great backyard. I'd keep 95% of the green bathroom intact, that is fantastic.

    think big. i think you could use a vacation house in hamilton. when you go to reds and bengals games (or kings island) much less of a drive home compared to bexley. jmo.
