So that ESPN tweet that had USC with a 12% chance of making the CFP doesn’t look so crazy now, haha

The exposed unit is USC’s defense.

Even if William’s was healthy this would have been a tough game.

USC ran the table going for it on 4th downs…which frankly has helped them quite a bit.

USC's defense makes 2021 OSU look stout

Who is USC’s best win all year? Notre Dame.

Granted, not all teams will have played an elite/really good team…but when you haven’t beat the best, it leaves room for you to be overrated.
I agree with your point. But USC has beaten Oregon State and UCLA this year too, which are probably better wins than their Notre Dame one.

Knowing what we know, is there any discussion to be had about the current Top-4?

    UGA/UM/TCU/OSU

    Bama in it at all?

Of course, we envied their program, ours was minimal in comparison

Whose head coach would win in a fight doesn’t mean much.

But…I can’t help but think Kyle Whittingham would tear Lincoln Riley limb from limb and that’s gotta count for something.

It’s funny but I have to remind myself that Deion is long in the tooth for a first time FBS coach.

55 years old but he doesn’t seem it. 6 years older than Tressel when he first came to OSU.
