    Old Games on Youtube

I've started putting some of these old games on in the background while I'm doing stuff around the house.

This is what I have on today:

Please share some other games that are enjoyable or noteworthy for whatever reason.

Larkin just homered in the first.

Tony Fernandez ignores the stop sign at third and is easily thrown out at home.

I loved to see Mitchell hit.

Might be in my top five Red hitters of all time. Both he and Kal Daniels always seemed thisclose to knocking the snot out of the ball.

This is a good one. 2005 season opener.

Joe Randa was a name from the past.

game 4 1990 series. I watched this one again last night. Put it on in the background while I did other stuff anyway.

    Oh noes! Hatcher is hurt!

I'm going to dig into a much more obscure one tonight.

The Reds' 1994 offense was so fierce. There wasn't a single easy out in that lineup.

I ended up going with game 2 of the 1995 playoff series vs the Braves. There are actually quite a few games on YT from 95.

Had this one on yesterday while I did some work. It's funny to look up at the screen and not see a ton of info (not even the score!) for every second of the game.

<--- Schourek was a personal favorite, so that was interesting to watch, along with the lineup.

But my God, Riverfront looks hideous. Even the pitching mound, which looks like a fracking waste pile.

Not to mention cut-outs around the bases that deserve to live on in infamy, rain "stains", third-hop singles bouncing over defenders' gloves at the wall, guys risking injury throwing themselves to the composite, and fly balls with unexpected carry due to the heat waves visibly rising from it.

Could be, all-in-all, the worst excuse for a park in the history of the game.

    But the uniforms?

I subscribe to that channel. They have a ton of games. Quite a few Reds games. You can find plenty of Reds games on YT. I have found some real gems over the last few years.

I am blown away by this post for the fact that I watched this VERY game early this morning. That's a SCARY coincidence. Literally watched this very game at about 4 this morning!!!!
