Oh my god they’re gonna continue the game.

I don’t know how you do this.
    Nobody is moving.

    Bills are leaving the field.

    Game is temporarily suspended.

I still don’t see how you come back and play this game. Not tonight at least.

That looked like a pretty routine tackle too. I have no idea how they can play after that.

    So sad.

I don't know what they can do. This is scary. Shows how insignificant the game is

Yeah, I didn't see it live, so I expected the replay to be gruesome. Wasn't that. Scary.

Looked like, as Higgins tucked his shoulder to protect the ball and deliver a hit to his tackler (as all ball carriers are coached to do), and when he did that, his helmet went down and the crown caught Hamlin just under the chin.

My thought was it was a hard shot to the chest. Ruptured aorta possible?

Jesus, just cancel the damn game and wipe it from the records. Each team keeps their record and let next week decide. Some things are bigger than a game. Go home for God’s sake.

Just read Hamlin has a pulse but not breathing on his own. Being transported to UC but waiting on his mom to come from the stands to the ambulance.

Probably what they'll do. Right call to take some time to figure out what to do, though.

I hope it's true. Cincinnati has world class ERs nearby. He'll be in good hands.
