Make that a 4th missed extra point.

Maybe not important in a game like this, but can’t have that in the playoffs. He may be out of a job moving forward.

Well, he's missed everything else tonight, so why not the plane too?

    <drum riff> I'll be here all week.

This could be a career-ending game for Maher, but I hope it’s just a blip on the radar. If he has the yips*, he might not be able to recover. I don’t think he has them, but it’s obviously in his head big time and I hope he gets through it asap.

*Before I had the driver yips in golf as a professional golfer, I never understood how Chuck Knoblauch or Steve Sax couldn’t throw the ball to first or a catcher couldn’t throw the ball back to the pitcher. Until you’ve experienced it, the flinching, first hand, it’s hard to comprehend.

Just in case anyone's wondering...Yes, 4 missed extra points in a single game is an NFL record.

So I guess I booted it off the left upright
Was it too short or too long?
Was it the sun in my eyes
I thought my leg's sufficiently strong
Now my job's on the line

So I hope I'll kick it straight this time
    Did I miss again?

    I think I missed again
    Oh-oh-oh

Man we’ve got ourselves another bad injury.

Looks like his neck. Hate that.

Russell Gage is the injured player.

Hey, what about that. A successful on-side kick and recovered by our old Bengal favorite Gio Bernard.
