Can anyone give a tl;dr version? I really struggle with podcasts.

Synopsis Kyle Glazer and JJ Cooper (not much new):
1. Phil C should shut-up!
2. Greene, Lodolo and Ashcraft are a good starting point.
3. Minor league talent isn't enough without some investment.
4. Elly De La Cruz is most exciting prospect in the minors and if it all comes together he can be one of the best players in baseball. But, K's too much and that needs to change first. It's possible since he's still so young. He's probably going to stay at SS. He has the make-up to be successful in fixing his problems.
5. Noelvi Marte has good plate discipline. Hits the ball hard. Not a SS long-term. Consistency and focus has been his issue and goes weeks at a time without being dialed in.
6. Edwin Arroyo is a SS and that's his best asset. He has offensive potential.
7. Spencer Steer less upside. Can be a valuable part of a team at multi-position and can hit and has been more consistent.
8. Chase Petty, Conner Phillips and Brandon Williamson are best pitching prospects.
9. Petty has changed from super hard thrower to more of a pitcher and showed ability to have success at lower velocity. His secondary pitches are improving. He demonstrated durability last year. Finished strong.
10. Conner Phillips high percentage he ends up as a reliever because of command issues.
11. Brandon Wiliamson has a better chance to be a starter, could go either way. It makes sense to give him a chance as a starter.
12. Matt McLain not in top 10 this year. Was pushed fast and tailed off a lot. Worry he's limited physically because he wears down over the grind. His arm probably won't hold up at SS over a full season. Needs to get stronger to be an every day player even as second baseman. He's viewed as a useful multi-position guy more than as an every day player. Swings and misses more than you'd like against better stuff. He knows the strike zone, but can be beat in the zone with swing and miss and poor contact against good stuff. He's a baseball rat and works hard. Wouldn't be surprised if he improves because he works so hard.
13. system very deep and guys in the 15 to 25 range are really interesting, but don't want to get too enamored over Dominican Summer League and complex league performance because competition is so inconsistent. Mentioned several international guys and said some will emerge but not sure who yet. Mentioned guys like Jorge, Confidan, Balcazar, Rodriguez, etc.
14. If he had to pick one to emerge, he named Carlos Jorge. He's short but has physicality. Advanced plate discipline and strike zone judgement.
15. Jay Allen numbers weren't terrible in FSL. Didn't look out of place in Dayton. Still needs to get better, but has attributes you want to see.
16. Austin Hendrick not enough contact so far for his power to matter.
17. Rece Hinds contact challenged similar to Hendrick but has shown better ability than Hendrick so far.
18. Reds seemed to change philosophy from physical speciman's to guys who are more "baseball players"
19. .500 may be closer than we think. Cited Greene and Lodolo as the foundation. Need to solve organizational issues where they stop giving guys away with no viable replacements behind them. Need to hit on more of these guys than it's probably realistic to expect.
20. Organization needs to be willing to add to the team.

All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!
