The Blackhawks can finally start looking forwards again.

It will be really ugly for a while...yes, worse than it's been.

    Playoffs.

    Who you rooting for?

I'm rooting for the Stanley Cup to stay in the United States, either going to the Minnesota Wild or the Seattle Kracken.

I'm cheering for Vegas, but I'm not sure how anyone beats Boston 4 times.

Since the Habs are in full rebuild mode, I will be gladly rooting for whomever plays Boston and Toronto. I also wouldn't mind seeing the Loseipeg Jets go on a run, same with the Rangers.

Two OT games last night, both stolen by the team that was losing the contest stats wise, especially Minnesota who spent all of OT defending their goal.

I'd like to see Edmonton get a deep run, McDavid is a beast

Go Hurricanes mainly because I love Brind'amour as a coach and player...
If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.

52 Saves on 54 shots by their young goaltender.

The Kraken or Wild have a great chance to come out of their bracket and beat Colorado.

That 44-1-3 record of Boston's when they score first is incredible.

Only a great goalie and Defensive Team that gets hot in the playoffs is going to beat them.

The Giants beat the Patriots, and it wasn't luck.

Playoff Hockey is always about the Goalies and Defense. Bruins can be beat. The Wild can do it.

Kraken join the group of Game 1 Road Winners against the Avalanche tonight with a solid 3-1 win.

Since Jan. 16th, the Kraken are 3rd in the NHL at penalty-killing at 87%.

1st Playoff win in franchise history.

Seattle blew away the old record for most points gained from inaugural season to 2nd season,...nearly 50 points more than last season. The old record was something like 32.

The Bruins are ridiculous this season (I blame it on the four ex-BU guys). I'm pretty upbeat about the Rangers, but it's going to take something superhuman to beat Boston.

    Re: 2022-2023 NHL Hockey Season....

While the newly acquired young goaltender for the Wild was responsible for their late-season push into the playoffs, thus earning the Game 1 Start and 3-1 win over DAL, Minnesota went with the veteran Fleury tonight and it was a disaster, as Fleury gave up goals at will for the Stars in a 7-3 loss sending the series to MIN tied up at 1 each. They might keep this alternate approach, but they really should go with what got them here and stick with the young goaltender for both games in MIN, should they find themselves winning Game 3 with him in the net.

Kracken about to have a PP in OT against Colorado of Game 4 in Seattle.

    - - - Updated - - -

The 1st Round has been great so far throughout the playoffs.

    - - - Updated - - -

    They score.

    Kraken Win.

    Series tied 2-2.

    Back to Denver.

What a great Sophomore Season it's been for Seattle's inaugural NHL Franchise! Seattle has always been a great hockey town. It still is. They have two teams. They still have a great following for their WHL team.
