Might well be the Opening Day lineup-- or some facsimile thereof.
(I think Casali as catcher and Stephenson as DH, perhaps. And Greene as SP, of course.)

Luis Cessa is back from the WBC and will start for the Reds today.
Competing for a job in the Reds rotation, Cessa had just 2 innings for Mexico in the WBC.
Seems similar to an opening day lineup except Pinder won’t DH that day. Against a righty pitcher, maybe Fraley DHs and Friedl plays LF. That would put four LHHs in the lineup which is adequate.
I assume Stephenson will catch OD, but after that he could DH with Casali or whatever. With that configuration, Reds have only three LHHs in the lineup, which I don’t think is adequate. But it’s where they are. Too bad they didn’t get a catcher who hits lefty.
Against LHP, the lineup would be somewhat different but depends on which bench players make the roster.
