The Rays have a staff ERA+ of 154 and an OPS+ of 143
I'm fairly certain Bell would do just dandy

Fans who bash the manager without context are relatively low-baseball IQ.
Baseball has always included a wide range of fans, and social media has brought us all together to permit for exhalation of thought. Debating a manager's worth is a fool's errand. I am learning to walk around that stubble.
I do know from talking to former players that a manager's value comes inside the clubhouse and that's something that we, as fans, do not get to evaluate.
Quantum computing promises to be a revolutionary tool, making short work of equations that classical computers would struggle to ever complete. Yet the workhorse of the quantum device, known as a qubit, is a delicate object prone to collapsing.

Don’t sleep on the Reds
Story Here:
Cincinnati is 19-27 on the year and on a four-game losing streak after being swept. Ownership’s latest fire sale leaves a young roster with few household names. And yet, the Reds are both last in the NL Central and somehow only 5.5 games back.
Granted, the division is weak but the Reds didn’t lie down for New York like their fellow cellar-dweller Oakland A’s did. Rather, Cincinnati played the Yankees tough all weekend.
Friday’s game was close before New York tacked on insurance runs in the ninth.
The Yankees came back from trailing 4-1 on Saturday and also battled ace Hunter Greene on Sunday. Manager David Bell clearly knows how to motivate his team.
The Reds won’t contend for a playoff spot in 2023 but at an absolute minimum, they’ll regularly punch above their weight.

Yardbarker and the Boston Globe both ranked Dave #25 out of all managers. So, I guess there are five that don't rise to David's level. A KHOU ranking did have him at #14 in a "most handsome" manager category. So, either way you look at it, David is average, at best, in both baseball managerial acuity and looks.
“It’s the mathematical potential for a single game to last forever, in a suspended world where no clock rules the day, that aligns baseball as much with the dead as the living.”
