Happy for Senzel and Bell sticking by him has helped. As I would not have wasted my time on him after last year.

The handling of the lineups as always is disappointing. This isn’t the Rays or Dodgers. Or really anyone that’s a 500 team that you can set like those teams. Everyone plays only works if they are at least average. Newman and Reynolds are ok to play but not as much as they end up doing. That’s the beef you get.

Even if TI hit even better against LHP then he has would it still be enough for Bell to start him. Fraley I understand

Either tipping pitches or too predictable with his pitches. It looked like Rooker knew exactly what was coming there

Lodolo has to be tipping, right? Seems like everything is 110mph off the bat. He went from dominant to batting practice from one start to the next. The velo is there. Location is iffy, but not awful. He has to be tipping.

3 straight starts now lodolo has been awful. and now he's managing to do it against a AA-team.

After 4, the guy with the 7.82 ERA is overcoming the worst Sunday Special lineup we’ve seen in years.

He’s pitching well. Hitting the corners will his whole repertoire. I’ll bet he fades the 3rd time through. The ERA is what it is for a reason.

If I were a big-league pitcher, I’d “tip” a few pitches early, then the batters would spend the rest of the game looking for the “tell” that doesn’t come.

I don’t think Lodolo is tipping. I think he’s making a lot of bad pitches.

Probably just a small bump in the road, but if there is only one LTC remaining and we have to choose between Ashcraft and Lodolo, that decision keeps getting easier in 5 day increments.

And we call our lineup a Sunday Special for a reason.

Sure hope you’re right - a west coast road trip sweep is always great, even if it’s the worst team in baseball.

I think his biggest problem is that he’s not tipping at least 15%.

They just can seem to get him timed. Lazy pop up’s and flares.

With Williamson and Stoudt looking terrible in AAA they need Lodolo. Meanwhile Sonny Gray in 6 starts has pitched almost an average of 6 innings. ERA less than 1. How good is Chase Petty supposed to be? You got more for Mahle for F sakes.
