    Westminster Kennel Club

    The 147th Westminster Kennel Club dog show starts tonight.

    Tonight features the
    Hound group, dont really have a favorite, but the Beagle alwys gets a rise from the crowd due to Snoopy
    Toy group, almost everyones favorite, Go Shih Tzu
    Non-Sporting group, go American Eskimo Dog
    and the Herding group, go Border Collie

    Is anybody else going to be watching?

    Yes. I am more sporting group focused (I've had Labs, Goldens and GSPs) but I'll tune in for Non-Sporting and Herding tonight

    My pup is half Jack Russell, half Shih-Tzu so those are my rooting interests. Love the dog show, glad it's back to Monday/Tuesday as well, I missed it when it was on the weekend.

    Were Sporting group as well, we have three Brittanys

    I love Westminster but it belongs at the Garden in February, not somewhere out in Queens. Another victim of the pandemic.

    Toy group - - Pekingese named Rummie
    Non-Sporting group - - French Bulldog named Winston (great name)
    Herding group - - Australian Shepard named Ribbon (beautiful dog)

    The Petite Bassett Griffon Vendange wins best in show, a bit of a surprise, I was rooting hard for the English Setter, and the American Staffordshire Terrier. Regardless a lot of fun, and next year the Brittany is going to take it all.
