The rules require nine players…i suppose this technically qualifies. Seems like more of an August lineup.

Bell is too soft to be a manager. He tries too hard to let everybody play. Fried and Fraley may have an opportunity to turn into solid everyday players but they won’t if you don’t let them hit LH pitching. At bats are valuable and Bell wastes them on players who have shown that they not part of the future. If we were competitive it would be one thing but we’re not so give the at bats to people who may be in our future plans. Reminds me of how the Reds handled Winker.

I haven't looked at Bracho's previous numbers, but yesterday he only allowed 2 BB's and struck out 2 in 2 innings.

Newman at third and Maile at DH? I hear there's this De La Cruz kid who can play third and might be a pretty good bat as well.

The 2 innings was the problem, needed a fresh arm.

I thought Senzel was the third baseman, why is he playing left field, certainly not to get New man’s bat in the lineup…and third string catcher at DH? smh!!

I am always amazed that Lars Nootbar is an actual person's name and not the name of a chocolate bar you can buy at the little food section of Ikea.

When he first came up, someone here said he sounds like a character from the Star Wars prequel movies

I think the Reds win this one.

I'm never wrong other than the times when I haven't been right, but those don't count.
