    Today was the first game this season that Casali was behind the plate with Hunter Greene Pitching...

    Greene pitched 6 innings and the Cubs only put 4 balls in play during those 6 innings !!!

    He pitched a 2nd inning. Lots of hard contact; fooled no one.

    These 2 innings he pitched today - probably not his zenith nor his nadir; likely not career-defining.

    @CharlieG__

    The Reds beat the Cubs, 9-0.

    In the big picture, days like today are what it’s all about for the Reds. Hunter Greene gave a big reminder of how high his ceiling is, Spencer Steer and Matt McLain were terrific and the entire lineup was productive.

    Well, that's what those words mean. He was here. If they don't keep him, he will have been lost/subtracted. I headed out the door today with two shoes on my feet. If I don't return with them, I have lost them. If I do return with them, I haven't added them. ---M2
