I think it's okay to be happy with how both Fairchild and Senzel are playing right now.

I don't get the hate for Fairchild. Guy's a league average bat who's pretty good on the bases and pretty good across all three OF spots.

He's cheap, and he hits both LH and RH pretty well. He's also a fantastic PH, fwiw: .231/ .375/ .615/ .990.

He's earned 0.5 WAR this year. That ranks tied for 6th on the team despite the fact that he has the 8th most PAs.

For next to nothing in salary, Fairchild's been a net positive on a team that doesn't have enough offensive performers.

Has it been determined that Ashcraft was tipping his pitches his last couple of starts? I guess we'll find out today.

ANY player who makes it to MLB is exceptional, we should never forget just how talented they ALL are.

Pregame: Fraley's truck is sweet! You knew he drove something like that. You know you're old when you listen to that and the idea of a manual transmission is somehow out of the ordinary.

That was a nasty breaking ball to end the inning by Ashcraft.

I think, for some of us, his name just sounds like he should be doing CPA work somewhere instead of hitting balls.
