    Ridiculous hot streak.
Glad I said in May that he deserved a bit more time before dubbing him a bust, talk about a turnaround.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Dude's been absolutely lights out all year.

He, Petty, and Acuna are all legitimate top 100 prospect possibilities, as are Phillips and Richardson.

When was the last time the Reds had five pitching prospects in the top 100 lists?
Yeah, nice 4 pitch mix with good command and a fastball already hitting 97. Really excited about his development. If he was a Dodger prospect, maybe he'd be on that top 100 list. I mean they have like 8 on there, just like every other year.

I take those top 100 especially MLBs and Fangraphs with a huge grain of salt. Honestly I trust Redzone's top prospect lists more than their's. I love the Ricky Karcher Experience - but I don't know if he's a better prospect than Lyon or Aguiar like MLB's Reds top 30 list would suggest.

But the Reds clown car of prospects continues, I'm impressed with the quality depth they're building in the system.

I used to look at Reds prospects and say "why is this guy rated so highly".

Now I look and say "Why isn't this guy rated higher?"

The Dayton Dragons and Jose Acuna are the Free MiLB.com Game of the Day. Edwin Arroyo tripled in the top of the first.

I am at the Bats’ game right now. Great seats right behind the dugout.

Herget looks horrible. Not fooling anyone. Two walks and lots of hard hit balls

Rece Hinds has homered in six consecutive contests. He credits a batting tip from Daryle Ward for his success. He moved closer to the plate.

They took Votto out after 2 ABs. A ground out and a walk. He’s not going to get ready for the Reds if they only play him for 2 innings

Phillips is now 9 up and 9 down, 5 on strikes.

Ivan Johnson (7), Jacob Hurtubise (6) and Nicholas Northcut (7) have all gone deep.

Chattanooga leads 8-0. They have outscored the Trash Pandas 22-0 over the past 12 innings.

For the month of June, including today, Connor Phillips has walked just 2 batters while striking out 35 over 20.2 innings.

Daryle needs to talk to Wil Myers
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

My goodness Phillips has flipped the switch. Maybe a top 3 in the system prospect by year's end.
