I will say this much: starting with the arrival of Steer, the players who have been brought up for their debut have, for the most part, looked very well prepared and not over matched. Quite the contrast from years past.

There's not much more that could be expected of a farm system than what the Reds have delivered since 2021. Now it's time for ownership to spend some $ and add the veterans this team needs to get over the hump.

The Reds have done well drafting and developing.
The third prong may be the toughest - molding the talent into a first class team. Involves trades, moving prospects to new positions, deciding who stays and who goes.
Hopefully they will be successful there too. Reds seem to be at that stage or nearly there.
