And it’s all moot at Palacios hits a 3 run homer to make it 8-4.

And, that gives the Cubs the same number of losses as the REDS.

It's safe to say that the Cubs won't score 4 in the 9th.

Astros playing the D-Backs the last weekend helps.

    Re: Scoreboard Watching 2023

Need the Pirates and Brewers to be our friends this last week.

I mean, if I were Milwaukee I’d sure be motivated to get the Reds in the final WC spot so I could play them in a 3 game set!

    Re: Scoreboard Watching 2023

Pitching Coach had to come out to tell the Pirates' Pitcher to throw the damn ball over the plate. Stop nibbling.

Generous call for strike 3 that should have been Ball 4 for the Cubs.

    Reds get a break.

    1 out.

    Re: Scoreboard Watching 2023

Props to the Brewers, they really went out and won the central the last couple months. They will be really tough to beat in round 1 since they can set their rotation. Getting the 5 seed rather than the 6 is a huge deal. Hopefully the DBacks come back to reality in Yankee Stadium this weekend.
