Mgbako arrested this morning. Criminal trespass and resisting law enforcement.

I was reading the report. It doesn't paint the greatest of pictures of this kid.

Our Hoosiers don't make many 3's and they seem to have trouble defending them. Tip of the cap to Florida-GC.

Absolutely gotta give some credit FGC. They were hitting some shots. It looks like, at least early in the season, we are going to have periods where it's a struggle on offense. Going into the year, I wasn't high on Gabe Cupps. After seeing him in action 2 games now, he needs to get more PT. Good, hard nosed, & scrappy player. I feel like last night Malik would disappear on offense for large stretches. X needs to step up as well.

Another tight game. Coach needs to tighten some things up, or it's gonna be a tough year.

Just a pathetic effort tonight. IU won by 8 but this should be treated like a 40 point loss.

Not about this season, but this is cool nonetheless...

Nikola Jokic was impressed by Golden State Warriors rookie Trayce Jackson-Davis. The first-year center earned his first taste of guarding Jokic when the two teams faced off on Nov. 8. The Denver Nuggets won the game 105-108. Jackson-Davis played a bigger role than usual due to the absence of Draymond Green, who missed the game due to an injury.

When speaking to the media after the game, Jokic had glowing praise for the Warriors rookie. The veteran big man noted how Jackson-Davis played at such a level that he didn’t appear to be a rookie talent. The first-year big has been impressive to begin his debut season in the league.

To be honest, he didn’t look like a rookie — maybe in some situations — (but) he doesn’t look like a rookie,” Jokic said. “They put him in a system, and he accepted the system. And he didn’t feel like he was like a rookie.

TJD has played well in the minutes he has been able to get. Klay Thompson and Draymond Green have had high praise for him. Green even said that the 2 rooks should be recalled when they were sent down a week or so ago. Said they bring a positive energy to the vets.

No shame losing to U Conn. There’s lots of time for improvement. You don’t wanna peak in November.

Not every one can be as good as Tennessee in basketball but your hoops will be better than your gridiron team for sure
