Chris Welsh takes up for the inept umpires again
Disappointing on Votto’s part. Not very smart after he talked about how important playing this last game was to him. Probably could’ve just calmly said his peace to the ump next time up and got on with hitting.
There’s something poignant about Joey being ejected. It’s like he’s passing the torch to the young players. It would be fitting for Reds to go out and win this game. I sense it’s his last game with the Reds, but only Joey and the Reds really know.

There have been 236 ejections in MLB this season do far...so I guess it is a little bit hard for some.
