The group that will start the season in Cin hasn't done a whole lot in Spring Training so far. Outside of 10 RBI's for Maile and CES not a lot of run producing hitting at all.

Yep and a ton of Ks. Wish we were seeing more quality ABs all around.

I'm not seeing much different in Hunter. If he's throwing the "new" pitches they don't look much different than the old ones. Still getting hit hard and still a high pitch per out rate. Still up and down from inning to inning. It's spring training and it's not typically indicative of the regular season but I was hoping for some linear improvements.

More of an overall spring statement. 34 pitches and 3 runs with another HR. None of our pitchers have shown any consistency from start to start.

Elly is gonna strike out 250 times this year if he bats 2nd everyday. He's approaching 20 this spring already. Hoping it's just the adjustments and it will click for him soon.

I'm not saying it's anything other than a spring mirage, but I'm feeling pretty confident that he'll make the team.
