Very happy we kept Fairchild on the squad after Spring Training. This is one decision Bell didn't screw up.

I like Welch because he provides good information and gets his point across quickly. He doesn't talk to hear himself talk.

Too many broadcast teams act as through they're on sports talk radio and not covering a game. Way too much useless chatter. The Reds' TV guys avoid that very well.

India had some Pete Rose vs Ray Fosse on that score (I would like to know if the 3B Coach told him to go or not because if he did, we need a new 3B Coach).

Bell had nothing to do with that decision, and he was the favorite as the 5th Outfielder going into the off-season. He moved up to 4th Outfielder with Friedl's injury. Fairchild does everything correctly. We need the franchise to focuse more on adding players like him through the draft (which is why I want Bazzana over Condon). Really need to increase the Baseball IQ of the players in the organization. Friedl/Bazzana should be the bar that they seek to reach when it comes to baseball IQ.

Im letting Abbott go the distance today. You’d need the jaws of life to get me to take him out of this game and put in Cruz or Diaz.

I keep trying to upload a pic of Abbott with me and my dog. Just can’t do it. Really nice guy.

I really enjoy listening to Barry Larkin do the broadcasts. Love everything he has to say.

    Love the Cowboy the best.

    Like Welch very much, too.

If we are up by 4 runs or more, we should be able to use someone else.

    Let's get more Runs.

9 innings at current pace would be about 120-30 pitches. Would be surprised if Reds allowed Abbott to go that high.
