I think I am safe to say Kyle Gibson is no Bob Gibson.

Keep the winning streak alive. Reel off 16 or 17 out of 20 would be nice.

It's kinda interesting that the team seems to limit Hurtubise to the corners, even without a true CF on the roster. As a fast/no-power guy, I typecast him as a good CF. But maybe he isn't.

This is probably the best lineup they can throw out there with who they have right now. I would probably DH India and put Espinal in at 2B since Martini doesn't hit much anyways, but Espinal isn't all that great on D eighter so it's not a big deal.

I feel like I've seen him take some bad routes to the ball in left field. Not sure he's ready for CF yet.

Usually big league outfielders look relatively comfortable making the routine plays. I really like Hurtubise’s game at the plate and on the bases but he looks very shaky out there in the outfield, even on routine plays.
This will not change until the Reds win the World Series.......

but ya doesn't has to call him Johnson!

I love this lineup. No Espinal and Fairchild (regardless he has hit lately)

What a base clogger. No wait, you actually have to get on base to clog the bases!

ICYMI: Reds activate Alex Young and DFA Brett Kennedy.

Young pitched well in Louisville. Maybe we’ll see him tonight.

Cardinals like the Reds have a bunch of LHB. Makes sense to have a extra LH reliever.

Steer did not seem entertained by Elly’s joke.

Hopefully the extra days doesn't make Abbott rusty. His strikeout numbers being down concern me.
