    Willie Mays - R.I.P.

Willie Mays, who many consider the most exciting baseball player ever, passed away today at age 93.

A near infinite list of accomplishments, but he is probably best known for this incredible catch.

    What was it?

22 All-Star Games? Something like that?

The All-Time greatest lineup gets it's Center Fielder.

I suppose this means that Christopher Andrew Sabo is the greatest living ball player.

He wasn’t a Red, but he was still one of my favorite players.

The joy and skill and élan he played the game with is unmatched. RIP Willie, you willl be missed.

I don’t know where you draw the lines but it feels like Sandy Koufax is the last “legend” from that generation left….and Sandy just caught the tail end of it.

We’re moving into the Brett, Schmidt and Ryan era-guys that are the oldest legends still alive.
