He’s probably incredibly frustrated and pressing. I feel for him. But he needs to go to AAA, have to change something with him.
How long can we keep running Benson out there? He is a disaster, and has been all season.

If Elly gets the grip on the first grab, and he might be able to make the very difficult play for the out.

Again…I want to see the numbers.
Elly versus many lefties and several righties is over near 2nd….we pitch a pitch for the hitter to likely hit it in the traditional SS set up….he has to make highlight plays out of routine ones. How many runs has he saved by playing up the middle and a ball went that way?
I’m not saying they are doing the wrong thing….but I’d love to see the output of the numbers on it

yeah... the Benson HR against the Dodgers celebration has run it's course. It's extended his stay too long. The entire OF (outside of possibly Friedl) can go. We need a couple corner OF bats.

He’d score in any scenario with the ball falling in play. Just another example of stupefyingly bad baserunning.

I think Fairchild struck out at least twice in that AB. Umps are umps.
Fairchild’s eye at the plate is not the best.
