Lodolo is being bothered by Tischner, which I get…but an area to further improve

He had to cover there….gotta take care of what he can take care of

I’m guessing Benson is on his last thread….today was a chance to inch out of it.

I think he gets sent down early in the week

Great play by Esp! Bad walk call gets Lodolo out of the game before he should have.

Didn’t even get 5 innings out of Lodolo.

The reason Davy Concepcion should be in the HoF is that he was the first to make good use of the "throw on the ground" toss to first base. One criteria for HoF induction is that you revolutionized the game in some way. Before Davy, no defender tried throwing it that way. He was using the Astroturf in Riverfront, but it doesn't matter that he was bouncing it off the concrete, he was the first to do it and should be in the HoF because of that.

Abreu makes the same mistake as Benson.

I don’t think they’d make the decision to send him down and be like, “but not if you get a hit today!”

I don’t think he’ll be demoted. There aren’t really any better options. Who do you want playing every day: Hurtubise or Martini?

You think the team leadership is thinking this way? "He's a nice guy with a great story last year so let's let him dig a hole to china?

Who devised that catchers/pitchers throw towards the legs of the runners for the quicker tags? Put them in too.

Whoever thought up the o’lay defensive play to avoid error accumulation should win a GG
